In Case of Escort Ring Tied to Spitzer, a Fourth Guilty Plea From a Booker
A holistic health counselor who worked as a part-time booker for the escort service that the authorities say was patronized by former Gov. Eliot Spitzer pleaded guilty on Monday to a federal prostitution conspiracy charge.
The counselor, Tanya Hollander, 36, told a federal judge in Manhattan that at first, she believed she was working for “a legitimate business” that made appointments for models and clients.
But she said that she had continued to work for the service, known as Emperor’s Club V.I.P., even after learning that it was involved in prostitution.
Ms. Hollander, who lives in Rhinebeck, N.Y., is the fourth defendant charged in the ring to enter a guilty plea.
The judge, Deborah A. Batts of Federal District Court, told Ms. Hollander that she could face up to five years in prison when she is sentenced on Nov. 25.

One it doesn’t pay to have famous clients, just rich ones who pay big. Two Asley Dupree is a snitch and a rat who unlike the phone girls/bookers was facing a bullshit misdemeanor for prostitution a night in jail and a fine in D.C. or NYC. In D.C. she might have been able to get bonded out without going through the system. Instead she ratted everyone out. She has no remorse and will write a book about it may-be make a movie like Frank Lucas did another rat bastard snitch who the movie American Gangster is about they should have called it American Snitch. If you are in the Life snitching is a form of treason. Snitching and bareback practices need to be addressed first and foremost. Not all the pseudo feminist stuff. Squares don’t like us for the most part that includes male chauvinists and feminists alike. Pimps and Prostitutes who indulge in safe sex practices and don’t snitch are a special breed today. You have opportunists and freeloader guys who mooch off of women in the Life they are not Pimps and you have sex freaks, nymphos and sluts who talked to some escorts online stole a little bit of knowledge and now they are doing facials, rimming without barriers, bbbj, dfk and other unsafe shit for money they used to do for free. They have no real guidance and hate anyone to tell them something they don’t want to hear especially if it comes from a real Pimp. So when they get busted they will often get scared into snitching. They are basically squares. Some sweetheart cops will just be as nice as possible, arrest them, process them and let them out on a OR or low bond. But some ruthless cops will say we are going to seize your car, issue a search warrant for your house and tear the place apart then they will threaten to tell the girls family she is a prostitute. If they find out she has a square boyfriend they will threaten to tell him she is fucking and sucking multiple strangers bareback. Plus freeze her bank accounts etc. man they will put the pressure on and if a woman has not been trained for that moment she most likely will not stand up. She will “cooperate” AKA SNITCH! Now me I am a activist for stand up MEN and WOMEN in the Life who practice safe play and will not engage in unsafe sex play with clients nor will they promote unsafe sex. I am not concerned or worried to much about square womens rights or square mens rights because squares don’t show us love so why should we? Squares shit on us daily. I am concerned about the rights of Pimps and Prostitutes the real ones and the stand up ones. Either you are down all the way or you are just in the way REAL TALK! I don’t care about tricks rights. Now it is good businees to keep clients happy but not at the expense of Pimps and Prostitutes happiness. They wanted to catch Spitzer in the act of soliciting prostitution, so they monitored his phone calls while he was soliciting the Emperors Club. Furthermore, Ashley Dupre wasn’t the only sex worker that he had, there were others. Furthermore, it was Spitzer who wanted sex without a condom, and Dupre insisted that he wear one or else.
And finally, as I have said before on this blog, Ashley Dupre was probably threatened with much, much more than a few days in jail. This is NOT just an ordinary prostitution charge. The Bush Administration could’ve stuck her into someplace where she would never see the light of day again.
So I and others would appreciate it if you did not pull accusations out of thin air.
I am just using Ashley as one example of a snitch and she is by far not the worst example. The guy who owned the Emperor’s Club stood up and he is an older fellow in his 60’s and so did his girlfriend they were strong and they are stand-up people. They hired good lawyers she (the owners girlfriend) had to stay in for weeks and the owner I believe stayed in over a month. They made bond refused to co-operate and will have to serve about a year to a year and half. They are going to see the light of day. The worst they could have done was hold Asley for a few weeks and she would have got time served. I could care less about Spitzer even though I don’t condone snitching on anyone Susan even a politician or even the police you don’t tell on anyone, that is the true code. I also respect people who say I can’t live up to that code therefore I will stay square and not be a participant in the life. I never said Ashley engaged in unsafe sex. I also take into consideration no one had instilled any principles in her or taught her any type of code. But I feel she should not be able to profit off of being a snitch I am sorry. You make an assumption that we all view management as fellow sex workers, and not all of us see it that way. I certainly don’t. That doesn’t make me wrong, I just have a different opinion about my work and my relation to the people who skim off my hard earned cash.

The Emperor’s club told what they knew about Eliot Spitzer, and that is that he was cheap and wouldn’t pay for a decent train ticket, and was generally argumentative.
There was basically no information other than those things, and nothing to snitch on. Spitzer was just another client to them, nothing else.

Ashley gave information to LE that helped the government prosecute these people and they are headed to federal prison. She snitched period case closed! Susan, one of the bookers and Ashley spilled her guts because the feds don’t work that way you have to tell them everything if you cooperate/snitch. The owner and his girl said nothing. One of the bookers was considering snitching but didn’t do it (Hollander) now she claims she wants to but they don’t need her no more. The other phone girl/booker did snitch. Ashley did snitch. Stop rationalizing snitching. There is no justification. But I will say this everybody in the Game/Biz should know their legal rights and refuse to talk to the cops and demand a lawyer. If arrested say “I am going to remain silent and I want to speak to my lawyer”. If LE tries to keep talking to you just repeat “I am going to remain silent and I want to speak to my lawyer”. Also find a good criminal lawyer who is not into making snitch deals. There are some books on this subject. If the escort service had taken its time to school, drill and prepare their workers for an encounter with LE this most likely would have never happened to the degree it did. To many people want to be in the Life and make up their rules. They have no love for the Biz/Game, they only love and want the money. They give this lifestyle a black eye.
I spent 60 days in jail 2 years ago behind an informant. She was facing no jail time when busted but was worried about her family finding out she was a working girl and having a criminal record. She sold me out.
Now I do not have a pimp but I do notice that the pimp girls do stand up very well under pressure when arrested. Most but not all of the women without a pimp when arrested fold and give someone up. I believe they do this because most of them are either scared, weak, selfish or all of the above.

The Eliot Spitzer case goes all the way up to the White House, and is about getting at Eliot Spitzer. This is NOT ordinary prostitution bust.
Ashley Dupre walked because she had no useful information on Spitzer. None of you have any proof that Ashley said anything about the Emperor’s Club. No proof whatsoever.
So unless you can provide information about what she actually said, then I suggest that you stop the accusations right now.

It is right there we are not talking about her telling on Spitzer which I still wouldn’t agree with (I am from the old school) but with all the snitching going on today I wouldn’t have lost any sleep over her or anyone telling on Spitzer.
You can’t justify telling on anyone but especially someone in the Life. Plus she would have walked with no more than a B.S. misdemeanor if she would have shut her mouth. There is your proof. I’m disappointed with the person who paints all indie prostitutes as being willing to fold and become stool pigeons. While it’s true that many women with old school pimps (not necc, new school “managers” or madams) are known traditionally for keeping silent, from what I’ve heard this isn’t always necc. b/c of honorable motivations, but b/c of fear/brainwashing by the pimp. (Here I’ll define “pimp” as an exploitative boss who takes an unfair share or all of one’s earnings as a sex worker, possibly abuses one, and/or brainwashes one into believing in his love as a justification for his mistreatment. If you’re using the word in another way to mean a fair manager, I apologize.) As an indie call girl myself who knows plenty of indie workers who stand up when arrested and threatened and don’t snitch anyone out . I’m proud of myself particularly b/c I was arrested on a ludicrous drug charge once (a thought crime–“knowingly being in the presence of heroin”–it was dropped the next day) to see if I would give up information about my drug dealer friend. I exercised my right to remain silent, and the arresting officer punished me for it by upping my bail to $500 instead of the minimum $40 that was appropriate for someone like me with one misdemeanor on her record that was continued without a finding.
