SFGOV: At 9:13 PM with 112 of 580 (19.31%) precincts reporting here are the results so far:

Yes on K: 30,568 votes 42.97 %

CBS5.com says 61% no with less than 1% reporting.

  1. It’s a beautiful day in San Francisco! We moved our issue forward by 5 points and that’s phenomenal for a class of workers who’ve been criminalized for 95 yeas! I know it’s a disappointment not to win on this level but we got them on the run and we will won on other levels so give yourselves props and extend yourselves extra care for all your hard work and stand by the for the postmortem and next steps in stopping the criminalization of workers and demand equal protection.

  2. No, the issue was not moved forward, it was moved backward. IF you had really wanted to end the arrest of sex workers, we could have passed that. But your ego needed to attact SAGE and your pocketbook needed the pimp loophole.
