Direct donations to Chile may be the best method to get them as there has been difficulty raising funds to get them to distribution points in the US then to organizations in Chile. Thus it may be easier to send them direct to Chile and notify Pledging Action of the total shipped and Beatriz can verify their arrival. Santiago is the capital city of Chile, with a very urban feel. Wonderful! We just collected a bucketfull at the AIDS conference in Mexico City. We will be sending those on to Chile soon! Also, Global Fund for AIDS may be a great place to ask for $$ for condoms in Chile. They believe in decrim, too.
